After the visit of the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum, I went to the Plaza Mayor. It is pretty, but I like the Mexico’s Plaza Mayor more because it is bigger and cleaner! Yes, incredible as it sound, I wish people could come to Madrid and experienced the bad smell of pee in the subways (Metro), touristic places and streets. Let’s see how other cities in Spain are, hopefully cleaner.
I found a nice place to eat in the Plaza Mayor, I ate tapas and paella. I stayed in the restaurant for two and a half hours. It was 9:15 P.M. and the evening was very pleasant, and I was still wearing my sun glasses. I have never experienced daylight so late in the evening. That was awesome!
